The beginning...

Life Essentials Psychology began as a conversation between therapists about providing trauma focused therapy. The conversation got serious over a matter of months as they decided to pursue their vision. They wanted to create a place where there are multiple perspectives of trauma focused theories, support networks, and a place for growth.

The hope they have for Life Essentials Psychology is to provide a safe place to address concerns that arise from life transitions to traumatic experiences. Life Essentials Psychology is dedicated to helping people change the way these experiences impact their lives.

Services are provided in-person at our agency site in Andover depending on the provider. Services are available via telehealth depending on the situation and appropriateness. Contact us further for more information on the services that are provided.
